Today I had a fruitful meeting with PI Kishor Mhasawade. He is the person who stream lined the traffic of Hinjawadi to the large extent.... He had lot queries regarding Google Maps and was very keen to know about it. He also checked how the traffic direction and real time traffic near Shivaji Chowk on Google maps. Interestingly, he observed that people are lying and claiming that Google map only asking to go in One Way !!!
There is lot of online updation work needs to done as now a days every body uses Google maps.... As the same time, it is everybody's responsibility to follow traffic rules, like using helmet, not to barge in One way etc....
Please note that, due to pipeline works, road from Shivaji Chowk to Wakad bridge would be closed for next few weeks... Rest assured, the traffic changes would be communicated well in advance through press, flex and online as well !!!
